Camunda SaaS Console and its API will return HTTP 500 Failed error responses for write requests. Any API requests made during that time will fail and will need to be retried once the maintenance has been completed.

For example, the following operations will stop working during the maintenance window:

* Creation & edition of clusters
* Creation & edition of Zeebe clients
* Creation & edition of users and account management

In addition, in Operate, when Process Incident alerts are configured for a cluster, notifications for incidents created during the maintenance window won’t be sent. Therefore we recommend you to check the Operate UI after the maintenance period. Operate will otherwise continue to work as usual.
